Who we are
WAG Consulting is a data engineering consultancy in Washington State. We provide consulting services and publish software products, including applications on the Snowflake Marketplace. Questions about this policy go to scott@wagconsult.com.
This website
wagconsult.com sets no cookies and collects no personal information from visitors. We use self-hosted analytics that count page views without identifying anyone. If you use the contact form or email us, we keep your name, email address and message in order to reply, and for no other purpose.
Our Snowflake applications
Our applications run entirely inside the customer's own Snowflake account. Everything an application reads or writes stays in that account and in the customer's own source systems. We have no access to customer data, credentials or connections, and nothing is sent to us. Application logs stay in the customer's account. Snowflake may report install and usage counts to us as the listing provider, with no customer data attached.
Consulting engagements
Data we handle during an engagement is governed by that engagement's contract. We use it only for the work agreed and return or delete it when the work ends.
Third parties
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers needed to deliver a service you asked for, such as the email relay behind the contact form, or when the law requires it.

Email scott@wagconsult.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
